The Waiting is the Hardest Part

Today is FBLA grading day, which means that our projects are under review, and our objective tests are being graded. I know I’ve talked a lot about FBLA, but I can’t wait to see if I’ve moved on to state with my test, or if I am presenting my website and/or graphic design spread for a chance to make it to state. I doubt I’ll make it to nationals with any of my competitions, given this is my first (and last) time doing this. I’ll be happy if I advance in any way, shape, or form. I think we find out the results next week.

On a different note…51 days until I leave for Paris!! My last payment will be made at the end of this week. I’ll finally be free from the grip of a payment plan. However, I need to start saving every penny again (after splurging, of course) because I have to pay for college somehow.

Still on the subject of impatiently waiting…Tech week for the One Acts is next week, and there is still no crew list up. I don’t know if I need to scramble to get the hanging mics up, or if I’m off the hook for this production. I guess I’ll find out when I get yelled at for not being ready.
